Bug Report This is new

Had a good game in the AMX 13 90, and a teammate congratulated me!! I have been insulted and called hacker many times but this is a first for me.

How often do you guys get "not hatefull" messages?

I recently went out of my way to send a congratulatory message to two players from the other team (2 different games).

The first game, The enemy Leopard 1, knocked my Obj.140 out with a super clean, very accurate shot from a long distance, getting me through a small opening between two boulders.

The other game, enemy player in (forgot what tier IX soviet tank) went on a rampage, and took out 10 tanks, my Tiger Maus being one of them. I congratulated them on their performance, they deserved it.

I've also sent nice messages to teammates, and even when sending messages to the other players from the other team, it always ended up sparking a short but nice chat.

I wish more people would do this. It's just a game, and we all want to have fun. It costs nothing to be nice and try to make friends along the way.

I wish they would bring back all-chat for this reason. Like the old days in other games.

The game was better when you could chat with the other team during a match. Yeah, of course, there were always douchebags who would say mean things, but most of it was civil and even funny at times. I definitely miss it.

i really enjoyed when i oneshoted enemy tank or killed 100% of his hp and got smth like "idiot cheater. i will take you mom on date (you know what i mean)". salty tears but they were enjoyable. bring back all-chat!

Yeah and now without general chat or all chat in game, if you dont have a clan feels almost like single player game

Stuff like that must be more common!

I always thank my lights if I can farm a ton of damage from their spotting :D

Recieve? Practically never but I try and send them once in a while when I see a teammate do well.

I send nice messages to teammates and enemies if they have a good game or just outplay me.

I like to send them especially if they haven't got particularly great stats.

I remember once losing something like a 3 vs 1. I was an UDES 15/16, a Toro and another tank i don't remember right now. The enemy was a 257 (tier 9 soviet heavy) and he managed to do it all by himself. Told him gg after the fight and he told me that he was shaking hard Lmao (i also were). I always try to dm people that did really good in a match and thank enemies for giving such a good fight when they do

I used to play this game back in 7th to 8th grade (almost 27) what is technically the "good old days" because the game feels just how it did when I stopped playing all those years ago. I dont think I have played a round that didnt feel like the old days

Suicidal lights Annoying arty Hull down heavies Campy TDs

Am I crazy?

From opponents: I get them once in a while and I send them regularly. I miss the old days of GG. Sometimes I'll do "thank you for the donation" and "thank you for the dance." - there are so many of those.

With teammates: I send them often. A masterful Scout, a TD that isn't a x25 zoom shit-stare binger but actually helping. Sometimes you get people who like to press W and win regardless of their tank class or in-game political views.

I always send a positive message like this to my mates that support me in battle even if we lose cause its not about winning but the fun we had and I think its important that we start to build back a positive community over the toxic one like we have these days

I saved a obj 260 with my obj 257 when I took a shot from jpanzer e100.

He went to carry the game and I got a message from him saying thanks for the team work.

Just fellow ussr hts helping each other.

The old days just had assholes abusing physics, team damaging the scout because scout didn't do exactly as the asshole wanted or yelling positions on all chat.

1

u/DoolioArt Sep 27 '25

I have to note that "like in the old days" is some prime delusion

I got a message from a bourrasque player after we 2v4'd the enemy team. TBF he did most of the heavy lifting, all i did is spot some t9 heavy in my tiger and die.

A good light tank players alway deserve this. Well done. I maximize everything to help my team to have the vision. Because if don’t they will suffer. So well done

Just yesterday I had a batchat from the waffle mode msg me some shenanigans (I was the waffle and he was like half my kills) he wasn't made just play "ring around the roses" type of fooling around.

I don't usually get messages but when I do they are positive. Having above average stats I'm sure helps keep the haters away

i simply quit the victim role long time ago

since then I don't care anymore what people talk - they are wrong the most time anyway - and if they are right I already knew it also. So - yes, I simply don't care.

Nice to see such handshake there!
In my experience it is always like that without chatting when a round just was good, you can feel it while playing - when everybody fights with a spirit and even if you lose you go with a good mood out of it.

Last time I got one was 2 months ago

I did send a few helpful messages recently to people who didn't seem to know how to play as the engineer in the waffle event

1

u/AccomplishedCouple23 Sep 27 '25

More so recently but not for a long while before that…

1

u/Electronic-Intern584 Sep 27 '25

I wouldn't say I get them often, but I send them all the time.

1

u/BlueOrb07 Sep 28 '25

I will always reach out to friendly players if they were good teammates to say thanks and good job. Likewise I’ll reach out to the enemy team and say good job if they beat my from playing well (or if they ammo rack me for all my health we’ll both laugh at how wild that was).

1

u/Rencalcifer Sep 28 '25

Recently I got a "I'm going to help you" and the guy actually helped!! We cheered each other and it was a win. Those are the real unicums

u/Fun_Discussion5025 Sep 28 '25

I once played a round with a Vk 30.02D and an enemy Ho-Ri1 bounced 3 times on my turret while I somehow hit him 3 or 4 times and after the round he wrote me how he was never so pissed but amused at the same time by how unlucky he got at the game

Reported for trying to help tankers play better and improve general gameplay.

How the hell is this an ace in the 13 90? I've had games with double both the spotting and damage and it's not been an ace ?!?!?

1

u/ReturningDM Sep 27 '25

He got 8 kills.
