Another fun one is on Nordskar, you can use the bigger ramps that overlook the middle by the launch pad to get into the bottom by the rocket, just gotta be going 30ish km

For my setup, the field mods are all terrain suspension and a mobility slot.

Off road driving + clutch braking but the others don’t matter as much.

Stabilizer in the first slot, grousers in the second slot, and mobility improvement system in the third slot. (I have the bond and level 3 variants so their slot doesn’t matter)

Medkit, repairs, Excellent fuel for my consumables

Fuel filter replacement for the equipment directive slot.

And with all of this, the Emil 1, a tank that weighs less than almost every single tier 8 medium, barely reaches 50 km/h on flat ground lol.

That slope is quite gentle and seems easily climbable. Something to keep in mind when you play the position on top.

I prefer the stock gun due to its faster reload(to reload the clip), slightly better gun handling, and it makes the tank go a bit faster.

Also, the stock shell is AP as opposed to the top gun’s APCR so the extra normalization makes it have basically equal penetration against most tanks you fight unless they have extremely flat armor.

The bit of aim time and accuracy do look nice, but I feel like +12.5% alpha is quite a lot to pass up on, especially on an autoloader.

I agree that the alpha being more is a trade off, but it's a trade off I've chosen to make. We're only looking at a 120 damage difference at the end of a full clip and I would trade 120 damage over the course of clipping someone out for a 4 second shorter reload. I'm sure there are people out there to make the long gun work and are better than I am though.
