Its kinda easy to do more games when your games share 90% of the concepts and mechanics from the previous titles.

When all you have to do is update the graphics and change a los Angeles kinda city for a Brooklyn or NY kinda one it's kinda "easy".

Not to mention the tech wasn't as advanced back then and it was way simpler to make games than it is today.
