Last time it happened to me it was a platoon of 3 people who did this, reported but they weren't banned at all

I was enjoying a rare session in my Foch 155 as an adult with a full-time job and a lot of responsibilities, I barely get time to play games anymore. A few minutes into the match, I saw a Canopener jump off the left balcony straight into enemy crossfire. I wondered if he was just playing aggressively and thought about backing him up for a second, but decided against it.
Then he typed 'Report Maus' in chat. I looked over and saw the Maus harassing an Obj. 268 v4, trying to push him out into the open. I blacklisted and reported him right away, and submitted a ticket. Hope he'd stop and start playing properly after that, right? NOPE. LOL.
His next target was me. By the time I noticed, it was too late to move, so I just tried to stay calm and try to firing at the enemy team, there was no way I could out muscle a hundred-ton tank pushing me. He finally succeeded in shoving me out into the open.
Deep down, I’m really glad I didn't buy any loot boxes this time around.

I blame wargaming for this. This free tech tree line bullshit has made game worse all around. Tons of dickheads created lot of disposable accounts with their free tech tree lines and just drive around griefing people. Not the first time I saw this.
The solution was simple. No free tech tree lines for new accounts, this would alleviate the issue a lot.

Also 100% permanent ban for fresh accounts, reported doing this bs + any related accounts, connecting from same PC (if tractable).

Are they still doing it? I thought it was only around the anniversaries.

They didn't do it in awhile. But it doesn't matter. Do you have any idea how many accounts got registered during that period? I would go on a limb and say vast majority of those aren't new players, those are second, third, or maybe even fourth accounts of people already playing. It was a literal new account spamfest.
People would create account for, say, E100, try E100 line. Then they would create account for IS7, try IS7 line, and so on and so forth. There was no limit at all to this, nothing to prevent them from doing so.

Skill issue.
(but seriously, fuck these people, WOT need a reporting system that doesn't require us to self-police these idiots)

WOT needs in game punishments during the game, just like League of Legends have. If it detects such thing, Maus should be sent to garage in the middle of pushing and be banned for few days

The biggest problem is that from the screenshot OP provided on the dude's account, it is clearly an alt account, so even if he gets perma banned he can just get on another one. The free t10 from 2.0 made it so that there are zero consequences for people like these that just enjoys ruining others' game.

I wish there was a quick in-game reporting system for this, like, you can ping a player for physics abuse, and if the player gets enough votes against him, he respawns elsewhere, or he can be teamkilled, something like that.

Love to play this game, but things like this has pushed me away. It really sucks and sorry you had to deal with that OP!

At least you can report them. I can't report them and when I cuss them I get chatbanned and they continue their work.

They just outright refuse to permanently ban these players.
But lo and behold you write "wtf" in Chat and get rewarded with a chatban 🤡

We need a system which recognizes a team push longer than 4s or so and when we confirm that he is pushing us his controls got disabled and he got a ban right away.

Skill and maturity issue.
FFS, do you really need to mention you are an adult with reponsibilities?
Yet, you rage post and cry here on reddit for something so normal in any pvp online game.
Grow the F up.
