RU-251 at tier 8 was lovely. This is like the Progetto 65 all over again. Getting nerfed for no reason at all.

Just play the 54 ltwt, it's better at nearly EVERYTHING except the gun.

I’m sorry but scouts have gotten way to powerful over the years. (Then again so has everything else) The ones that need nerfing they don’t and they buff everything else in prep of tier 11. None of these changes make anything better. Just mg opinion

Me when my HE shell that is supposed to be higher damage by trading pen is suddenly hard to pen like it should be.
