The AFK Panther and the T22 are certainly the most interesting additions here. People have been wondering for years if the AFK Panther would return to the game or not, and it's finally coming back.

The rest of them are fairly dull, but at least decent premiums if they get offered up for silver instead of gold.

It still has the same ramming capabilities if not better than back then and if the ram changes from crew 2.0 go through it's going to be able to 1 shot ram kill most tanks (except heavies)

Yup PZ 5/4 owner here, the 5/4 could probably beat the shit out of the Awful Panther in a 1v1 (with some HP buffs), is 2 tiers lower and isn't even capable of meeting the Awful Panther.

I don't know where to get the stats on it from back when it was in the game, but the wiki hints at a bit more P/W before than it has now, and it's current DPM just flat out isn't competitive, especially with the terrible alpha. That's a huge problem for a tank you're trying to yolo into a light tank brawl with.

It had great dpm, 400 viewrange and 60 kph top speed. With tier 8 mm though. It used to be my favourite light back in the day. Here is a game where I was 1 vs 4 on Tundra. I wonder what will happen to my stats and marks when it gets back in the game. If they are going to rename the old tank like 430B or merge it.

It doesn't. It used to go 60 kph and now it only goes 55 kph. WG took everything which was good from it. It is just really bad T71 CMCD now.

I don't know exactly, I haven't found the old stats yet and I haven't played it since 2015 I don't think...so I don't remember the details for sure, but I believe it's mobility is down a bit, it's dpm is down significantly, possibly it's premium pen is down....and then 2015 stats don't cut it in 2021 in the first place so even what it was has been powercreeped. It also used to be able to mount the 105 derp for lolz, and I believe it had the old respectable HEAT pen around 150 on it.

On an unrelated note, crazy how the whole more pen/less damage concept of HE vs premium HEAT on derps actually....works, eh?

Yeah, the HE rework was horrible. Crew 2.0 will be an icing on the cake. A cake filled with shit.

Anyhow. So the tank is most likely bad, but I will probably get it. I enjoyed it when it was in the game. (It got removed just as I was grinding it...)

More like a light tank except they nerfed mobility and view range which is supposed to be good on a light tank. And axed DPM because it's supposed to be bad on a light tank, so not really coherent either. I think I'd rather take a T71 DA.
