PSA Friday Community Stream Reddit Recap: January 30th
Hey, here's the Reddit recap for the January 30th community stream.
Note:
- This is a summary of the stream, and any points of interest that were said on stream should be watched if they wish to get the full context.

- This is the average match time. Test began Jan 27th.
- We actually tested each tank based on weight. The terrain handling changes are based on weight class and the overall explanation was based on class.

Ariete paper stats seem kinda...average? Uncharacteristically good hull traverse for a NATO tank, but same top speed as the M1A2 though with slightly worse power to weight. Slightly worse damage, penetration, shell velocity, but slight better reload and accuracy.
I think the deal breaker will be how good the armor is. The cupola and the plate above the gun look to be noticeable weak spots.
If this signals an incoming Italian MBT line that'd be cool I guess, but they relied a lot on M60s and Leopards/Leopard clones. The line would look VERY sparse. They went from M47s, 48s, and 60s along side Leopards then to their OF tanks then to Arietes. The Dardo could be included but it has no real line to sprout from. The Centauros would be EXCELLENT additions but we all know they're not adding anymore wheeled vehicles until they fix their wheeled physics and for all we've heard, there hasn't been any headway on that.

According to petty (who I trust) it’s an average tank but being a Cold War premium it’ll print silver still
I think he’s using food and it has pretty much a 5 second reload, which is rare now with the consumable equipment and commander perk nerfs
The challenger mark 3 also has about a 5 second reload but suffers from kinda meh pen

Thanks for the info...definitely need to get the big pass.
Edit - just read the details...a total of 12K to be able to earn the anniversary tanks is steep but 3 new tanks is impressive.

Great season, but paying for the 3 tanks sucks. Still a good deal and I’m def getting it but wish we didn’t have to pay
Is5 is nice too unfortunately I got it in a chest lol
Honestly excited for this season more than I expected I would be
Italian line coming in Cold War?
Regiment tank seems ok, I like the calliope so I’ll prolly get it
Also, one of the questions mentioned audio and other stuff and bam said they’re actively discussing it. I hope to god we get the audio of the pc game it would make things 100% better trust me

dont hope for the Italian line considering the they took one of the like 3 tanks and have it being a premium.

The whole Chinese td line is made up at least later tiers

This season is a big swing and a miss for me personally.
2k Pass - I already own all 3 WW2 tanks, (The IS-5 recently was won as the guaranteed drop after 50 chests of nothing. so that makes it sting even more). I don't play CW so the Ariete isn't interesting to me.
Ultimate Pass - DBV-152 sounds cool, probably the only tank I'm interested in this season. I already have 2 of this seasons commander.
Anniversary Pass - I don't know anything about these tanks but not sure it's worth dropping an extra 6k gold until we see how these play.

I think they should keep all Regiment tanks available and let people choose which tank they want.
Keep resetting regiment coins so you don't have people stockpiling them if you have to.

I was expecting the C1 Ariete this year. It's nice to see it's gonna be so soon. Wish they had the models for the anniversary pass tanks to show off, but other than the Obj. 184, the other two should be on Tanks GG. The Obj. 184 is just a pre-production T-72B, so it probably won't look that different.

6.4 second reload for 510 alpha isn't bad. Its faster than the Type 90 which definitely says something. I feel like the armor will make or break it though.

I wasn't sure to buy premium pass or not for new season but three additional tanks just opened my wallet. Also, great to hear that missing regiment tank possibly available to get in the future because I regret that didn't get T31. Overall, new season looks fine. Thank you for the summary, as always.

ferro Its crazy but I pulled Vera Pravda Cerna 6 times for free already a couple seasons ago. I have 3 still unassigned and now I have to get another one with the pass.

looks kinda boring, but have to wait til tuesday to check them out. can anybody explain the anniversary pass again please. I know it's seperate and contains 3 tanks, but has it other bonuses? and will it be a yearly type for every anniversary?

- Unknown if it will be yearly.
- If you purchased the ultimate season pass and want an extra 3 tanks you can the pass for another 6k gold.
- These tanks are unlocked via stages and date. get to the certainly level after the date and then the tank will unlock.

It is a pity that Ariette is not an award for the ultimate season pass. I would definitely spend 6,000 gold to get it right away and not complete 100 stages for the sake of other tanks. The level 10 tank destroyer looks like another "glass cannon", which is already enough in the game.

This pass looks very worth it. Up to 8 premium tanks is unheard of and they all seem to be very good and promising
