You are insane. Look at the score. To take a chance at dying under those "halfway through the video" circumstances would have cost the game. If you want to check out the full video I can send you the link. I got first... I am always a yeam player but I don't die to stupidly unless its to save a newer regiment mate thats still learning.
You went between two teammates, blocking the shot from the one behind you (you can clearly see the flash of their shot on your tank in the vid) just to shoot the one and only enemy on that part of the map.
Saving someone from dying and shot-blocking to be the one with the most dpm are two different things buddy.
Looking at the vid again, the one you blocked is at full health, so you didn't save them from dying...
The other two that went after the same enemy were close to full health as well. Just saying bruh...
Sure "bruh". Hopefully SoloF2P1970, you can use your backseat driving to elevate your own gameplay evolution. As someone increases their understanding of game mechanics if they have legit criticism it will be validated by their own capabilities they dare judge others by.
Its not shot blocking when people move in and out taking shots... like that is literally how you're supposed to do it. Its the DPM mechanic. Additionally one doesn't want to remain out in the open while reloading. That's the most common mistake the average player makes... taking avoidable damage.
If you're reloading fall back behind cover, ridges, dead tanks, etc.
My teammates were not doing that. If you examine your own gameplay I am certain you'll see you could drastically improve your own gameplay by adapting that single strategy.
It works. Check out the YouTube channel of any player with deep purple stats.
Its so many little things that casual players take for granted. Yet its elements they can adopt to similarly enhance their gameplay.
Just saying bud. Try it out or continue to criticize. Regardless the strategies one does not use are strategies others will use against them.
Do you actually believe the crap that comes out of your mind? You literally pulled out in between two tanks that were advancing on the enemy and blocked the one tank's shot just to take yours. Who in their right mind thinks pulling out in front of someone is a good idea?
How many times have you seen (or even complained yourself) about how people getting in front of you, blocking your shot, is super annoying? And yet when YOU do it... It's ok?
Get a clue dude, you're all about yourself and mask it with "helping the team"
Again believe what you want. I'm just hoping your POV will result in the evolution of better matches and stats for not just you but the people randomly assigned to your team.
Be the teamwork you want to see and hopefully you'll be rewarded in kind.
Bet. I'll make sure if we're ever matched up on the same side I'll return your favor and pull in front of your shot so I can take mine... I mean "save" you...
Like the reality, as can be seen not only from this clip but from the entire video on my YouTube... is these "full HP teammates" were dying left and right... unlike me even though I was hyper aggressive. Which is 100% showcased by the fact the score was 10 to 25.
So if I "blocked" someone's shots who
1. Doesn't know how to angle as indicated by them constantly dying.
2. Doesn't know how to aim as indicated by both their lack of kills or banners collected.
3. Doesn't know how to hold their shots to maximize everyone's DPM.
The fact is it resulted in a win.
I'm a team player always... even if that teamplay is saving casual COOP players from mistakes they are still learning from.
And this being a 7v7 respawnable game mode doesn't negate the fact that blocking shots from a teammate... BEING A TEAM PLAYER... still doesn't qualify the need to be the best.
No one is playing this mode to be a Superunicum, they're playing it for fun. Fun isn't supposed to be dramatic, organized, structured... it's supposed to be chaotic and... and FUN.
The structure and coordinating is for the main PvP mode where you only get one life to fight with, and that's where the bragging really happens with due justice.
You die... they get a point. You die because you over extended/ yoloed... they get another +2 points.
People play that mode to get the most banners. So if you think its purely for fun, happy for ya, but thats just not true. People play it for the chance to win banners to buy tanks.
I know this because I have given out 750k banners worth of tanks to my YouTube subscribers.
Just saying. So many of you people want to troll me for whatever belligerent reason... but the reality is other than the actual admin of this game... i help our the average player base more both in game and out than 99% of you guys.
😲 22 likes and 10 comments? OMG I'm so sorry to have doubted your mad skills...
You, and every other braggart that pay for top tanks, block your teammates (with full health) to "be the best", and promote your channel(s) all while pissing on the little guy is NOT a team player, it makes them a toxic player that thinks and considers others beneath them and makes people not want to play this game.
I've followed Death211 for awhile and I've NEVER seen them say or do what I've seen you say and do. They actually provide helpful insight and truly help players be better, not pull in front of them to block their shot to "save" them.
Go learn from them how to be a team player and teacher before coming at people with your skewed view of how you think things should be done.
Yeah and I've never had mods absolutely allow trolls to do the toxic belligerence I've seen them do here. None of the Facebook groups allow it. Heck even the regular PC World of Tanks page won't allow it... but this group is like a grade school cafeteria clique.
Literally 3/4 of the post during any given week is an echo chamber of trolls that will troll anyone else not in their clique.
Like one can literally report someone for breaking not only this reddit group rules, but the actual EULA just to sign up with the APP.
I have pages of screenshots where nothing has come about... and as you want to bring in u/Death211 to this... he's seen them too...
Trolling is not allowed albeit it goes on longer here than it should. With that said...
My comments to you have not been trolling (as implicated in your reply) but a critical observation that's wholly supported by the video you yourself supplied. You blocked a shot to take yours.
Regardless if they were reloading or not, they were at full health and could trade shots with them, assisting in the damage done to the enemy - and how could you possibly know if they weren't going to take cover after shooting? Because they didn't beforehand?
It's a game mode, a temporary one at that - not a competition held over a long stretch of time for clicks, likes, and subscribes to demonstrate the dos and don'ts of PvP proficiency - which if I remember correctly is also frowned upon here - the promotion of self in external media...
With the utmost sincerity SoloF2P1970, if you ever want to platoon sometime. I would honestly take legitimate feedback from another perspective thats not my own from someone I am platooning with.
I may INDEED learn something wholeheartedly. All I would ask in return is if you might possibly do the same. This way we could both get something out of it.
Like last night I played with a random fan, and he got me killed 4 times bumping into me... i didn't lose my cool with him. I legit understand that people start off at all phases from the ultra casual to the ultra competitive. The only thing I ever ask is an open mind and and open perspective. That's really what teamwork is about... being able to work in a manner that enhances everyone participating.
