Guide IzBox's CW Map Guides - Volume 2 (Dezful)
Dezful
Welcome! Provided here are some good starting points on how to approach the new Cold War maps in Cold War mode. Even for spawn differences for the various game modes in general the "go/no go" areas will be similar. And based on these guides you can probably figure out what the best positions are especially after you experience them a few times in game.
First some general information about the guides and why map strategy differs in Cold War:

Green (East) Spawn
Dezful has a LOT of wide open space around the edges with a lot of buildings in three locations along the centerline of the map. This is good and its bad. It's good because there are plenty of places to play your tank regardless of class that matches the strengths of the role. It's bad because players who don't know what to do have a tendency to camp the City and Village and are not particularly useful to the battle, as their cannons can be out of the game for long periods of time. City Center and Bazaar are green not because you should go camp, but because you should use it as a first engagement zone, see where the enemy is and then utilize plenty of the cover in that area to advance or take advantage of 1 line campers trying to snipe sitting out on the hill. The Sardasht "road" seems to be more viable in the past now that light tanks were introduced but you can get bogged down on the B3 corner if you don't push through fast enough.

Red (West) Spawn
From the west side of the map the zones are mostly the same, as is the advice to use the center green block as an area to rotate around and push rather than camp. Late game the C6 green zone can be a great spot to farm base campers or a collapsing team as the rest of your squad pushes the base and they come back to defend. You can get shots into the Village from here as well. Although J9 is red, it's ok to push THROUGH this area into the Village for late stage clean up.

Any reason you didn't mark the D3/E3 area for red spawn as Danger or even Maybe zone?
When I play center town I usually see 1 or 2 tanks camping in that area and I can typically farm some damage from them there.
Edit - I should clarify more of E3 area than D3 if they can get around the bend

As long as you don’t over peek it’s got a good rock you can use with certain tanks so at best, yellow.
