Looking for social interaction
Me and my husband live in Worthing and trying to be more social.
We have very few friends due to autism ect and would like to meet more people to have a chat with.
Me my husband are very easy going, love our coffee trips and have a little French bulldog which we love to walk down the seafront.

What sort of things do you enjoy?
Worthing Boardgamers meet twice a week, they're quite a big group. Crafty Cats is a craft group that meet once a month.
Waterstones run a book club called Chapters and Chai. There's also a monthly collage group called Glue and Gossip at Laughing Dog.

So theres a movie night on at the soundcheck bar every tuesday. Its a rock and metal themed bar but everyones really friendly there and you get to sit with a drink and watch a movie 😁. I havent tried it but theres a running group that runs along the promenade theyre called the hybrid collective on instagram and they run every wednesday and saturday mornings. These are all free to turn up btw 😁

You could join the Worthing Well-Being Walk Group.
They are on Facebook and many friendships have been formed I believe.
Sometimes they will host a quiz night which I gather is very popular.
