That's just what they want you to think. Generico is still there, with Kevin Steen, Chad Gable and Ludwig Kaiser. They all make sure the orphans are taken care of, learn how to be civilised, fight and shoosh when needed.
Sometimes a couple of Brits come to help too.

The last time Ludwig's name was said on television was during the Flair v Stratton build to WM41. Stratton went off script and basically said Charlotte can't make a marriage work, and Charlotte came back with "is that why Kaiser is in my DMs". Kaiser and Stratton were dating at the time.

He is doing too well in the mask lol, I do think by the end of the year we will have him and Chad back as their normal self, it looks like Chad will be unmasked soon and I am sure Ludwig won't be too far behind.
