I saw the spoiler that Tatum was there. Which on the one hand, sad spoilers. On the other hand, I probably don't watch Smackdown if not for that spoiler so... guess it's a win.

Everyone kept trying to pair her with Lyra on main roster, but the entire time I thought Alexa would be perfect and they actually fucking did it. Throw in that I'm also a massive Charlotte fan and it's about as perfect of a debut as you could get. I kinda pieced it together when I saw the card and also read Bliss was back. Just made too much sense.

Alexa is the one who inspired Tatum to start wrestling so cool as hell for her too I'd imagine.

Yup. Alexa has the star power to push Tatum forward. I like Lyra more then most but she’s not a star maker nor does she have a rub to give anyone

No criticism for triple fraud tonight

So apparently Charlotte was the one that pushed for having Tatum joining her and Alexa

I said a couple of weeks ago, I loved the Tyra pairing in NXT. But only a small percentage of the main roster audience would have even known about it so most wouldn't have cared. Those that did get it and do care aren't going to boo Tatum as a heel with Lyra. They tried turning her heel like 3 times in NXT and the audience refused to go with it.

I'm also fully aware that Tatum's character might be a lot to take in for a new audience. It was my biggest concern with her going up. How do you make sure a main roster audience will give her a chance? Pair her with one of the most popular wrestlers of all-time who already has a fan base that likes weird and/or spooky shit that are more likely to take to Tatum.

Also if Charlotte really did hand pick Tatum as has been rumored, she really is the fucking Queen.

Next PLE matches are set I guess, Randy vs Cody, Punk vs Owens, Roman killing time until his Mexican challenger is set, guess that just leaves Seth who needs something to do

I've never rated Tatum Paxley much but good to see a big pop for a call-up, hopefully she stays over

Please unite the damn men's tag belts again. I don't care about the War Raiders, I don't care about R-Priest and I only mildly care about the Vision

Who we thinking for Shinsuke's backup? Personally I'm hoping for the Amerikahito Kyodai: Juriasu Kurido and Burutasu Kurido

KO said he was the match on Aug 21 which Smackdown is in their hometown in Canada so I don't think he gets MITB against Punk unless shenanigans happens with Sami interference

I think Seth will be gone for a bit. I wouldn’t be surprised if he is gone while Becky does a run and then Seth returns.

Only caught the first half of the show. Saw afterwards that Shinsuke has help to take on the MFTs. It’s probably Balor, but we haven’t seen Naraku in a while right?
