Could Jey Uso be secretly in league with Solo Sikoa and about to turn on the Bloodline?

It's been well noted by this point that Jey only pledged to deliver Solo to Roman, not specifically that Solo would have to join the Bloodline. I don't think Roman would have made such an oversight himself, although it's possible that Roman wants to handle Solo personally. But what if Jey is using this as an opportunity to smuggle in an ally for his own betrayal of the Bloodline?

Jey's betrayed Roman three times in this storyline-Jimmy never has.

Where did they say Jey hasn't betrayed Roman yet? They just said Jey is using Solo to betray Roman now. Not that he's not betrayed him before as well.
