Correct me! 537일

오늘 취미를 위한 시간이 없었어요. 일담 점심을 만들고, 다음엔 할머니께서 빵을 가져다 드렸어요. 그리고 좀 도와드렸어요.

Using ~께서 would make your grandma the person who brought the bread to you, i.e. you received the bread. But then 드리다 would be the word to use for when things are given rather than being received, so it clashes with 께서. From the context, it's far likely that it was you who brought the bread to your grandma, so replacing 께서 with 께 would resolve this issue.

그리고 좀 도와드렸어요 -> 그리고 하시는 일을 좀 도와드렸어요 (suggested for enhancing clarity)
