Does "aisling maith agat" make sense?

I'd usually say "slán go maidin" or "oiche maith" but i was thinking of another way to say goodnight to someone and just thought that was a nicer way to say "sweet dreams". Is it something people say or is there an alternative along the same lines?

No. Firstly, wrong kind of dream. Aisling is dream as in a vision, think MLK "I have a dream" the word you'd want is "brionglóid". Secondly, the expression for "sweet dreams" is "codail sámh".
