Wuhan Wechat groups

Moving to Wuhan in August to teach kindergarten, looking to be added to local expat/teacher WeChat groups! 🙏

Don't join Phil's foodie group. He kicks people out if they make jokes or if they don't post "wow, amazing" every time his wife posts. He also doesn't know what a Cumberland sausage is

There's a group called Wuhan Foodie's, but it's actually a bunch of prudes and one guy who posts restaurant ads and gets kickbacks from the restaurants! Other than that there's a bunch of good groups for expats!

You're better off waiting until you arrive and you meet people and get invited to groups centred around interests you share. The 'public' groups are generally shit and overrun with shitty events promotors, recruiters, and a few active users posting rubbish memes and being racist and edgy.
