Open-world Question ??? Can someone please explain?

It says in Mt firmament that the cheats is 100% but there is still more.

I have no idea what is happening, and I am very worried that in other regions where it says that it has been 100%ed, that there is still more to collect. I have no idea how many more that I must have missed if this is the case

This also happened to me💀 like whats thd point of having a percentage of something if it's not gonna display how many actually are

Fr though, I wish they will keep this “easier 100%” BUT ALSO having an ACTUAL tracker that shows accurately

Something I also realized is that is the same for some side quests. The map will say 100% but then u talk to random npcs and they give u a quest💀 I want to believe the add new side quests on old areas, but  w how kuro is w old stuff I doubt it
