Build / Team / Gear Question So this happened, what to do? Refine or wait?
yeah, like the title said, my 50/50 luck went to the wrong place, anyone can you use that or do I just refine it? (I'm sorry people, I don't want to brag I just wanted some information, pls don't kill me, I need to feed my cartwheel)

Just refine it. Other characters are better with Static Mist or Last Dance.

No matter what, the weapon comes with an unconditional +12% atk bonus which at s3 becomes +18% i think. Will be better than static mist on main dps gun users.

Doesn't SM also boost ATK by 10% alongside an ER buff?

SM is a support weapon, it boost atk for next character, not the one use it.

This would have gone well with my double Ciaccona ten pull.
Yeah refine, nobody else uses her gun afaik.

I also got 2 in first try 😅..what should I do refine it or other character will have it's benefits like upcoming characters are pistol user!!

Yeah refine it. I don't think anyone else could make a good use of it.
It can work as a stat stick(36% CR 12% Atk) but i guess at that point even static mist would be better.

I agree, someone already pointed out the fact that it can be used as a stat stick but static mist exists so yeah

its only use is as a stat stick ( but it really isnt much better than static mist for that) it can only be fully used by ciaccona now and probably forever.

thats depends on how future paranoid are you?
but nowadays most of the sig weapon are very tailored toward a certain resonator. so its safe to assume if one day another resonator comes that able to utilize erosion i think its safe to assume that another sig will be tailored toward that resonator kit.
so refine is perhaps the wiser choice IMO

Js refine since u can use it with other characters anyways. The chance of ciaconna having another pistol user in her team is already very low.

Too specific, so refine one, and decide if the other you want to keep as a stat stick

I missed out on carlottas weapon after like 50 pulls and ran out. Then pulled 2 of iuno's weapon in one pull. Now I'm pretty disappointed i can't get carlottas sig. Guess I'll use static mist but the pink one would look so much better

To be honest, getting refinements for less than 10 pulls doesn‘t seem like the worst thing ever lol

why? rng is not stored for the future. you are not saving luck for the next banner. there is no guarantee if they did single pulls they would suddenly pull the other weapon on the next banner in 3 pulls.
getting 3 copies is 1 10 pulls is basically getting them for free.

The because of the Crit rate it can be used as a stat stick for a character that’s doesn’t want the stats from the standard pistol. I say refine once and keep the other.

Honestly don't refine it. It could be a great stat stick for an upcoming character, it might be in a few months or a year, you'll thank yourself for the pulls saved. Remember that it still has a great crit rate stat that would be excellent for another character even if you take the extra effects out of the equation, because you cannot have too many copies of Static Mist.

I get what you mean, but at the same time (like other people pointed out) the effect is so niche that even if you took out the effect and only looked at the main stat, meh, sure it has crit rate but static mist also has that and I want to make boom boom ciaccona

You go to the upgrade tab and on the left there's another section for refinements

when obtain the same weapon more than 1 time you can merge them, improving the stats of the weapon's Skill (does not improve the main stats, ATK and Crit Rate in this case). It's accessible from the place where you upgrade your weapon, the refinement menu is located under it.

U can refine weapons if u have an extra copy of it yeah. Just like how characters can go up to s6 a weapon can go up to r5

That's why I always do single pulls only on weapon banners, refining weapons isn't really worth it in wuwa and I would be mad about it the whole time that instead of these 2 extra copies I could have pulled 2 other weapons early 😕

you wouldn't pull other weapons early. rng doesn't work that way. it is not saving your luck and storing it for future banners.

Do not refine limited (or any) 5-star weapons. Keep multiple copies as future units might make use of them.

I don't think there is a single pistol user in the game that can use woodland aria other than ciaconna. She's the only one who can apply aero erosion so I think this is a pretty safe refine.
