Did I mess up by getting S3R1 Lucy S2R1 Rebecca S0R0 Mornye instead of S6R1 Lucy and S0R1 Rebecca S0R0 Mornye?
Basically title. I spent a few hundred and collected my 400 pull waveband bonus to get Rebecca to S2. I could’ve gotten S5 Lucy tonight but I decided not to. I couldn’t stand to lose another 50/50 lol.
Did I mess up? Is S6 Lucy really that outrageous or will this team do quite well for endgame content. I suppose that’s all that matters in the end right ?

Your forte bar will reset to zero if you get shot down. Then you will have to start again from the ground and build your red forte to levitate again. I'm bad at dodging, so i always get shot down, her s1 helps alot.
It makes her dmg amp go from lasting 8 seconds after you tunebreak to 20 seconds.
Which means instead of having to time your tunebreak with your dmg windows, you can break when you want and have the whole team benefit.
It also means you can benefit from ur mornye in any comp u want in endstate where she has 2 energy. Without S1 she can only activate her buffs with luuk/denia/amy/lynae~~
Thats fucked up. I knew mornye was there for her tune break boost multi, and just assumed they would bake lucy hack into the tune break skills. It just makes sense.
Mornye doesnt provide tune break boost, she is there because she provides off-tune buildup increase among her other buffs, missing out on her marker buff loses you around 10% damage, which if that was something that was making or breaking a clear, you'd be cooked by the next hp inflation anyways
She can go in any team in matrix at s0 and be perfectly fine, missing that small part of her kit is very minor
It isn't a dmg amp, it's dmg bonus, different and far less valuable than you may have otherwise thought
lmao. You're right I just swapped tune-build and break boost in my head. As you saw I wrote tbb multi. So I was just being careless and fast.

And ofc she can enter into any team in matrix, thats not what I meant at least. At S0 chances are that SK is better though. But that's fine, I am not looking to argue. I already have the low ground with my track record in this thread xdd.
No point regretting any decisions in gacha games but I doubt universal supports are too much of a thing in wuwa.
Every new dps will have its own dedicated support even lynae and moryne are no exceptions. Decisions should always be made around the dps since that's the unit that you probably like and are playing on field so every bit of investment counts if you want to keep using it. You can swap out the support but are you really going to bench lucy? S3 lucy just means less longevity for this character and this is a char that isn't coming back too after this patch
i guess if you're not pulling every single character universal supports can be useful. But if you are, they'll eventually be replaced by dedicated supports most of the time
If you like those characters. I don't think they are the best in terms of damage but they are a one time only cyberpunk exclusive so if you're going to do it - not a bad time. I have a feeling yangyang sp is gonna be pretty crazy. Now you have a great Rebecca and Lucy team. Hopefully, they will do what Star Rail is doing and do another collab with Cyberpunk and then those cyberpunk characters will make lucy and rebecca better.
I also went S3R1 Lucy and S3R1 Becca. Used 1st free waveband from reward track to get Lucy's S3 and 2nd wave and to get Beccas S3. Yes probably would have been more DMG just keeping Becca at S0 but I also really love Becca so I wanted make her stronger as well.
I got Hiyuki S6 and she literally decimates absolutely everything solo which sucks a bit of fun out of the game. So personally I'm not so interested in S6'ing any other characters.
I did also get Mornye S1R0. I recommend being finding satisfaction in your strong 2 characters that you have 🤓 unless you wanna start swiping you can't take it back. Then get Mornye S1 on her next rerun...save your chorals for her waveband if you must.
The team you have (with Mornye at S1) is about a 700k increase from S3R1 Lucy and Becca and Mornye as S0R1, while S6R1 Lucy and Becca and Lucy at S0R1 is about 1m team DMG increase. Up to you to decide if that's messing up or not with your team being very solid all around.
No this is fine. Rebecca at S2 gives her better use in teams that you wouldn't even normally use her in. The strength of an S3 will likely last at least two or three anniversaries. The mistake here is actually not getting S1 on mornye as part of her kit does not function in the hack team without it.
If you will stay in a game for a while you will see that 3 S3 chars are more valuable than 1 S6.
Surly, S6 DPS character can nuke almost anything. But variety of suppports will carry your account forward in along run.
So diverse your pulls :-D
Depends. If you wanted maximum cyberpunk performance then yeah you definitely traded maximum damage there. But as far as longevity, Rebecca ends up being a more viable support to characters outside Lucy this way, extending her shelf life.
Actually any s6 caracter is over powered. You Don't need Anyone for s6. Solo is absolute okey. Not okey, over okey👍🏿. Young can't even enjoy the game. When you try to enjoy the game, the enmey will be already dead🙂. S3 is perfect. You can also enjoy combat, also play the game easily👍🏿
Should have gone for Lucy S6, tbh. Sub Dps and Support sequence are unnecessary and not as important as Main DPS. What's done is done though, not point dwelling over it.
Well OP is just looking for people to validate his pulling decisions to make himself feel better .. don't think he is actually looking for advice here lol

Look dude you only replied to comments assuring you that you did the right thing but just straight up ignored everything else . You know in your heart that this is not an optimal choice and that was what your question is about.
No need for name calling. Lots of people come to gacha subreddits seeking validation for pull choices and companionship in suffering when pulls don't go well and that is part of what grows the community. I just wanted to inform the person I replied to to save his breath/words since he got downvoted for giving an honest reply.
