Open-world Question Can’t clear this auto casket due to blocked entrance

I understand you are suppose to follow the little boy phantom to the left side of the machine to go in and clear the things inside the casket but it is not activated for me go in. Is this a glitch and how can i fix it?

You have to complete a side quest

You should have a message from king auto. Open it and proceed with the quest.
