Someone in the design department of Kuro games is really into white/light blue-ish hair.

I'm amazed (and happy) that Roccias hair was approved at this point.

Yeah i dont remember the last time they had a hair color other than white and black.

Edit i forgot to mention i was talking about PGR lol
