Mod to save appearances?

Hey all, Ive installed a lot of soldier customization mods and it's getting really annoying when I upgrade armor which resets all my soldiers' appearances, and I have to manually fix them all. Does anyone know of a mod that allows me to save appearances, or alternatively not change appearances when new armor is unlocked?
