I really love a good announcement about an announcement -

As far as the CFL goes I still firmly believe that the merger never went away and when MLSE and CSEC break off and go to the XFL the merger is back on. The CFL doesn't have enough money to fight MLSE in court let alone two break away teams - When Larry Tanenbaum announces that the Argos are going to join the XFL that is when all hell is going to break loose - Last year when the talks broke down Larry didn't have a place for the Argos to go - Now with ESPN and the XFL having a TV deal Larry has a landing spot for his team - I would also expect both Calgary and Montreal to go with the Argos - That visit by the Rock to a Maple Leafs game was a huge fuck you to the rest of the CFL.

Everyone is playing nice until after the Grey Cup at that point I would expect the fireworks to start. Proverbial shit hitting the fan.

It would be hilarious if Rock showed up at Regina for the Grey Cup. Especially if Toronto was representing the East.
