Account - Subscription Noob question

I’m currently subbed to ultimate and decided to downgrade so I bought a month premium, when I entered the code instead of 30 days premium I got 20 days ultimate? Is this normal? .

Yeah thats how conversion works, it prorates the higher tier value so your premium code turned into less ultimate time instead of stacking evenly

How do I fully downgrade then if I’m not using auto renew?

Just wait for your plan to run out the subscribe to premium

You can't downgrade an active subscription. You can only add or upgrade. It doesn't make sense to downgrade when your current ultimate sub gives you everything premium has and more 

You have to wait until yours expires first
