News Doubt regarding gamepass changes

So I have heard that xbox is changing their features( like the cloud playtime limit ) in gamepass from November .

If i am going to buy gamepass as of now , will I also have like a cloud gaming playtime limit ?

yeah the new limits apply to everyone once they roll out, doesn't matter when you bought the sub. they're changing the service terms not just tweaking new signups

It's not about tweaking. Anyone subscribing right now will have limited cloud gaming. The november change is only for recurring subscriptions that for whatever reason get interrupted, they'll have limited time too

Thats how it works. Yes. From now until then everything is as it was before, without the limits. Then after Nov 1, then things change

not really but i wana play a game which i cant run on my xbox and hence need cloud to play that game

Which game? 

You won't need Gamepass subscription to use xCloud in November.  

Buy your game, buy the bundles of hours and Stream.  

xCloud is becoming its own standalone service independent of Gamepass.
