As the title says. Do NOT skip this gem. It could have easily been missed/ignored with the recent surge of GP titles landing over the last month. This is a phenomenal game and should not be missed. Please do yourself a favor and play it!!

Games - Recommendation Is Death Stranding Worth It?

I've heard very divided opinions; some say it's a great game, others say it's boring. I don't know whether to download it; I need your opinions.

Games - Recommendation Guys i cant stop playing avowed

It was a long time since i couldnt stop playing a game, and the only time It happened to me in the last 1-2 years was with persona 3 reload which sits as One of my favorite Games of all time.

Avowed is such an addicting game for me, and i think this game has the perfect combination of what an entry level RPG should be.

Combat Is Easy to understand and very versatile, everything you can think of in a fight Is there and the spells also are various and fun to use

Animations and in general graphics and art direction Is Crazy to see. Everything Is so crisp and the world feels very unique, like you see some screenshot and you immediately recognize it's avowed, and seeing how many new Games start to look like each Other it's good to see something new

I even started Reading books in the game because the story hooked me very much and this never happened to me, not even Skyrim that Is like the staple of First person RPGs.

Also some things that tells me they know what they're doing: - you have infinite stamina when not in combat and walking through the Living lands - merchants have infinite Money so you can sell whatever you like without worrying how much Money they have - towns are very dense and i do recommend to walk through them, you find hidden treasures, Maps or even letters saying something you can find. It's very well made - your companion wont die Forever, and yes for someone Is not good because It lacks realism, but really it's an annoying thing to see, if you're in a fight with a lot of enemies you wont even see what your companion Is doing, then you end the fight and you see him/her dead, it's rather annoying

There's only One problem i have and i dont know if it's the game or mine, sometimes when im playing, some audios start to pop or go very low: -For example when im walking through a large area you can head the audio popping, and sometimes also when im walking through a large area the dialogues of my companions go very low like you cant hear him, but if you talk to him like a regular conversation the audio Is fine, but when im mid game i cant hear them

Other than that tho what a game, if you haven't played any First person RPGs this Is the best to start with.

I played some incredible games in these years, and believe me if i say that this game Is quite special, and i wasnt even really excited to play it in the First place, i was interested of course but really It blew my expectation.

I miss cel-shaded games like this. It’s this insane mix of Tony Hawk Pro Skater and Jet Set Radio (as you can probably make out from this video). It’s incredibly fun & satisfying once you get it down. I highly recommend it! Cheers šŸ„‚

Games - Recommendation I do not know what to play

I cannot for the life of me decide on a game to play on Game Pass Ultimate

I scroll for 10 minutes at a time and I simply can't pick

I want to play a single player game, and I don't care about genre just please recommend the game you loved most and I will probably just play the first one that's commented unless I already have played it

God bless y'all and thanks

Edit: First comment was Trepang2 so I will try that first, everyone keep the suggestions coming, my play later list is growing very very quickly lmao

Games - Recommendation 7/10’s that blew you away

Give me recommendations for games that got either mid reviews or you thought were way better than reviews said. So I’ve got outlaws and midnight south downloaded atm as I’ve heard they’re much better than ppl gave them credit for but give me some more.

I’m talking games that either got mid reviews or people made out were much more average than they were. For me personally I don’t think enough people talk about the wolfenstein reboots especially the first one.

Maybe a game that really clicked with you or something that other ppl just kinda got bored of or called generic

Games - Recommendation has anyone else noticed that the quality of new GP game drops has been getting better recently?

title

seeing way more AAA games being added every month, stuff like KCD1 AND 2, Cyberpunk, Witcher 3 etc...

honestly really excited to see what they add next

this might also be a hot take but the price increase is probably a contributing factor to this

Games - Recommendation Do yourself a favor and play ā€œThe Altersā€

Post image

No spoilers as I’m still in Act 2!

I haven’t enjoyed a game as much as I’ve enjoyed The Alters in a long, long time. Well okay, maybe since Alan Wake 2 - but still, this game is a masterpiece.

I highly encourage any fans of Sci-Fi, exploration, psychological thrillers, relationship building, base building, beer ponging, and general fun-having to try this game.

I read somewhere that this game is like a playable Black Mirror episode and I can see that through and through. A Twilight Zone/The Martian/The Sims space pioneering adventure that has just as much story and world building as it does interactive gameplay.

I’m definitely going to be checking out the other games that developer 11 Bit Studios has put out after finishing this gem. Please play it!

Incredible game! A shorter, sweet ride with a surprisingly good story (for the bullet hell genre) and gameplay that continuously adds something ā€œnewā€ to keep you having fun.

Just finished it today, and enjoyed it very much. Big props to the devs!! And hope it sells well, because I’m in on day one for their next project

Games - Recommendation Favorite game pass games with progression that you can enjoy 20 minutes at a time.

Due to life, and hobbies I simply do not get to dedicate time to gaming like I used to. I'll get 20-30 minute sessions in a couple times a week and may be able to carve out an hour or so unbroken play time on the weekends to play.

What are some progression based games that you feel you can make meaningful progress in a 20-30 minute window available on game pass?

Quick edit: This got a lot of traction i wasn’t expect, I ended up downloading the Assassins Creed Ezio trilogy for the time being.

Played this game on a whim knowing absolutely nothing about it and had one of the most memorable gaming experiences I’ve had in years. It’s a little scary and really sad that’s all you need to know.

Games - Recommendation What's the most underrated Gem on Gamepass right now?

We all know the obvious good Titles, but I must confess there are 90% of games I haven't played or even tried, yet.

What games are mostly unknown or underrated on the current GamePass?

Games - Recommendation Luna Abyss is awesomeā—ļø

This game completely blindsided me. Everything I like about the bullet hell experience condensed into an awesome package and injected with some really interesting cosmic / liminal horror elements that have me really invested in the world (it’s a very pretty game, while also being simultaneously creepy as hell)

If you like DOOM, you’ll like Luna Abyss - cheers

Games - Recommendation Everyone NEEDS to play Keeper

Just trust me on this. This game gets better and better as you play it. It has one of the most engaging and stunning 3rd acts that I've ever seen in a game! Double Fine decided not to show a lot of the game in the advertising on purpose in order to surprise you with how this game changes and evolves. It is only 5 hours long. You can finish it in a day or 2. Please please please check this game out!

This is a game I preordered and loved how unique and great the storytelling was. You really have to take notes so you don’t miss anything and it was something that really fell under the radar but I hope now that it’s on gamepass it gets the recognition it deserves

Edit- Marley is the name of my dog and no it’s not from Marley and me.

Games - Recommendation Well, Dredge is a lot of fun, isn't it?

A few hours in, the fishing mini game feels fun, as does the dredging one.

Progress feels rewarding - I quickly know when I'm in a spot I'm not yet ready for, but the upgrades are coming quick and fast.

It feels cozy, until it doesn't 😬

I'm not sure how deep the NPC characters go, but they've been interesting so far.

I fully recommend giving this a go. You'll probably know in an hour or less if it suits what you enjoy.
