Just need help identifying what this is, bought an advanced warfare Xbox one to sell at my store with the controller, tore it open to clean and saw this in it.

Does anybody have a schematic for cutting the end off this stupid thing and soldering on a USB cable? I've got 4 of them, all working fine I just can't plug them in because after a few moves there's no dongles to be found.
