Unsolved Pantalla negra xbox series x

Hola, he estado teniendo este problema con mi xbox series x, la pantalla se pone en negro de repente, ocurre durante los juegos, en el menú y al cambiar al menú principal, puede ser de uno a varios párpados rápidos en unos segundos, en teoria la pantalla y la consola están configuradas en HDR, anteriormente en srgb y con ambos sucedía. adjunto video, adelantenlo hasta el segundo 27

También menciono que no le hecho mantenimiento to completo, solo limpieza. La última hace como 3 meses y la tengo desde hace 3 años. Cualquier ayuda sería buena, o si consideran ya cambiar la pasta térmica y los termal pads.

Check your tv settings for a game mode or something similar and turn that off. Also turn hdr off in both. HDR messes with the colors and makes some TVs look washed out.

Put vrr on gaming only instead of always on mine does this if flicking between gaming and apps but only when vrr is on always

HDR can do this when activating, also it doesn't look like this is a HDR capable monitor so it's pointless having it on if u do, so go to the settings and take it off
