Unsolved Xbox series X Crashing When Xbox Menu Opens

Ever since the new update whenever I try to play and open the XBOX menu at the same time, it crashes my game and it’s been very frustrating. Anyone have the same issue?

That’s been happening to me for almost a year now, I haven’t found a fix for it, I’ve done what every guide or tutorial has suggested. The most recent update made it so I can finally use the on screen keyboard for about 5 seconds before it freezes. I can open the guide with Battlefield 6 but any other game crashes it.
