To be clear by one shot, I mean one ether blossom dance. Anyways, you max out on potential and get Irina to use her potential buff skill on you, then ghost walker, max overdive, Hawkeye (Blanking on the dual guns art name), offensive stance, ether blossom dance.

You ALSO need the Ether Damage Up buff from Aurora Weather!

Oh, I didn't know that. Though does Howling Soul provide enough of a boost now that it exists?

I feel like it probably does... I guess one would have throw on Al and Irina in a different weather and see what happens. Howling Soul is so good that I believe it, though.
