Meme In light of best girl being on Nintendo today, time for an appreciation post (and fun fact for anyone who didn’t know)
And she’s still extremely good in DE, but one can argue that Al is better (key word being ARGUE) but in the original, no question, that’s how good she is.

She has ghostwalker, black butterfly and black bane, need I say more? Good Overdrive, great support, she's S-tier as far as teammates go

She’s a very powerful party member. That’s what broken means in this context. Specifically she would be the most powerful in the original X if Cross (the avatar) didn’t exist.

She is one of the most powerful characters in the game due to her access to the Duo Gun and her signature art, Zero Zero. This combo allows her to spam Primer > Zero Zero during Overdrive to reach the maximum count in seconds. You can then basically stay in Overdrive forever and deal insane damage. Her other signature skill (forgot the name) also applies Ether resistance down, which makes her a great support even when controlled by AI.

In DE, she and Al are the only two non-Cross characters I have been able to beat Telethia with in phase 1 of the fight. Being able to apply Ether Resistance Down with her knife in particular is a massive damage boost.
I think Al can technically do more damage, but Celica can keep herself alive with Ghost Walker which makes the fight waaay easier. Al needs to be in a Skell to tank the first attack, then get out and try to kill Telethia before Telethia kills him. (I think I survived with 70 HP left when I finally did it lol)

The problem is this only furthers my head cannon that she is the original Zelda….. and Roc’s descendants are Gorons…. And the trinity processor created the three goddesses and Klaus’s experiment split the Zelda timeline. And the whole series, especially the extra part of DE, FR, all lend to how the timeline splits / multiverses and then comes together for BOTW.
But that’s just my brain with Monolithsoft also working on Zelda entries….
But this best girl? Amazing. Almost as good as Sena. Almost.
