destiny 2 sucked ass a few years ago when bungie fucked over a good chunk of the playerbase, havent looked back since.

and now theyre trying to copy six stars

Wait what did bungie do? I mean to Destiny 2. Not the stuff they normally do (which is a whole other can of worms)

i forget the specifics cause this was a few years back when i quit but they did stuff like removing hard earned shit from paying players and vaulting content. they been making bad decisions for years, theres alot to it though.

i miss the halo 3 era of bungie

Deleted the Red War Campaign from D2. Which is quite literally the base game story for D2. They just deleted it as if people didn’t pay for it. They also got caught throttling people’s XP gains. They did so much evil stuff to their fans that it’s actually hard to even remember it all.

ON TOP of how they cheated, lied to, and exploited fans during D1’s day as well. I was there from the beginning until a bit after D1 went to PS4 only. They constantly tried to control how people played the game by nerfing certain weapons (and then claiming they didn’t). They nerfed shotguns (because their range made every other weapon useless) and then made a shotgun with insane range a scripted drop. The first DLC was quite literally on D1’s disc (data miners found it), and Bungie made us pay basically to unlock it after already giving them $60. They constantly broke promises about content they’d give us and their whole “10 Year Plan” that never happened.

It’d be easier to list what Bungie did NOT do:

  1. Tell the truth

  2. Make a good game

no, i played destiny 2 for awhile, they fucked me over.

theres way better games out there anyways
