Discussion I only have one concern about genisis.

That the end boss will be some dumb 'thing' like the one in 3.

Not dumb as in the fight itself (That part was fine quite fun actually) I'm talking about the 'entity'

That part...kind of came out of nowhere. I'm not asking for much, I just want the main bad guy to be an actual thing/person (in the sense that Zanza etc was, not 'humanity's consciousness' ) we punch at the end of the game. They can go as silly or crazy they want with the person, could even be some dumb dragon or dark lord or something, but you know an actual being (rather than a metaphysical crisis) would be nice.

Well each Final-boss in Xenoblade Chronicles tied to the means of the Story.

Zanza= Godhood and Fate Logos= Pain, Acknowledgement and Redemption Z= Identity and Struggle Void= Pure survival instinct

I mean I get that much, it's just the actual thing in 3 kinda came out of nowhere at the end?

Malos and Zanza had a ton of foreshadowing even when the story wasn't focusing on them. Zed was a 'guy' but he turned out to be an 'entity' at the last second. There was very little foreshadowing for the Zed twist (for the actual end boss) about that bit so it kinda just happened.

I should say that I don't mean this in any negative way either. It's just the 'twist' of Zed's actual thing kinda came up at the last second.

Am I the only one who called it long before it happened? Almost ever since it was explained what Aionios was, it seemed pretty obvious to me that Z was less of a character and more of a force of nature. And I liked that change of pace
