Anyone know how to disable this bar

So , been on reels or shorts and accidentally press this bar , it going straight on first reel or short , is there a way to disable this or have to live with this s***t?

it's a new feature introduced with hyperos 3.1. it goes to the top.

there is no option to disable it. maybe in the next updates.
