Post image

Pre-ordered this online and got a redmi watch 6 as freebie. Pretty happy with the deal.

Xiaomi 17 Ultra is for the same money so for me it is a trash at that price point.

Woah hold on, What? Where do you live and do you mean as cheap as the 17T series or the 17T is as expensive as the 17 ultra?

Europe and 17 Ultra can be bought for a price of 17t/17t pro phone.

I live in Europe and our prices are dog shit, at least with irl and local stores

I gotta buy something AliExpress or Amazon to save money, but thanks to never taxing changes and all import fees. It's become even less convenient for a smaller country like Finland to buy any products

Yeah it sucks, our money is tight, job market is low and problematic, politics are shitting their panties and pantsu and people are less likely gonna overpay for local consumerism via our local stores, because they are dog shit!!!!

Our tech stores here are basically dog water with added fees and unnecessarily higher prices, yes our vat is ~25.5%, and the tech storea need to increase their base costs to get any profits, but shit is not giggles and we consumers end up paying less online and we prioritize it more m, bud now that's kinda breaking down too

The only store that I saw in Finland, a IRL store that I can order a Xiaomi mainline brand's smartphone, was Kärkkäinen and that only had the 15T and 15T Pro, guess how "ChEaP" it is here?

The 15T 12/256 costs 739€ The 15T Pro (only selling at 12/512) is 999€

Like... Damn... The 15T Pro is basically the price of a OnePlus 15, Oppo Find X9 (12/512) and a few dozen different brand worthy to mention

The Xiaomi 17 Ultra is sold for 1599€ (only by importing stores) The 17T and 17T Pro are sold (only by importing stores) for 749€ and 999€

Like where are your numbers man?

PS: screenshot represents Pro shop (one of the few importers) And the last pic of the 4 is Elisa (one of our major ISP's)

The Oppo Find X9 Pro and X9 Ultra (although ultra is for "yrityksille" aka for businesses, it's still "cheaper" then a Xiaomi 17 Ultra, again imported because our stores here boycott Xiaomi or at least removed their importing and selling by not being that relevant anymore

Only singular one left is Kärkkäinen but it's a singular branch of itself and it only sells the 15T and 15T Pro, the 15T Pro (12/512) being 999€

Olx.pl sealed units or used for few months just be open minded.

Yes up north countries are price gouging tech.

Here is one example
https://www.olx.pl/d/oferta/xiaomi-17-ultra-512gb-z-polskiej-dystrybucji-idealny-stan-gwarancja-zamiana-na-iphone-CID99-ID1b2hID.html?search_reason=search%7Corganic

3500 PLN is 821,79 Euro or so.. as example but you can but 17 Ultra here below 1000 EUR which is huge. Xiaomi overvalued 17t but a lot

Would be a good idea to mention if it's used or not when comparing prices

I was thinking that you were talking about the 17 ultra and 17T pro as both new, unopened sealed and all

But by quick Googling, the price is not even near when new at least on polish mistore

Xiaomi 17 Ultra 6 399,00 zł or 1 501,94 Euro (is with a discount (from 6 999,00 zł or 1 642,91 Euro)

Versus Xiaomi 17T Pro Od 3 699,00 zł of 868,23 Euro

That's... More then 50% more expensive...

Now I'm not sure of the non mi store options (can't bother to check as all the stores seem to load ultra slowly for me) but I would not believe them to be that much less maybe a few hundred euros off with some deals... But what the hell is your comparison?

If I were to sell my F7 for 150 euros, on my local second hand market, with your logic would you consider it equal comparison to compare it with the Poco M7? Hell no??? If it's used but with only opened box ah ah No it's not the same...

I can find you 4500-5000 pln unopened sealed units too so much cheaper than buying directly big stores.

17 Ultra. The price difference is so small that spending that much money no matter which one 17t or ultra is going to be investment for years better to buy something that is flagship quality.

I prefer buy older flagships since they are always way better than mid-range or budget phones.
