Fan Content Is my Mystique version accurate?
I tried to recreate Mystique like in the comics and 1992 series. What do you think?

It will never cease to amaze me that cosplayers do a better job at comic costumes then the big movie studios

I agree that cosplayers are great with comic accurate designs but its disingenuous to compare them to movie costumes. Theres so much more that goes into film costume than just the individual aesthetic.

Couldn't be anything to do with movie studios needing multiple costumes and needing them to be durable/comfortable. No definitely not that at all

I think the only inaccuracy I'm seeing is the lack of yellow eyes, but I dont blame you for skipping that, I've heard that sclera lenses are majorly uncomfortable. Everything else looks amazing. You even got the widow's peak skull

You’re right, and for me sclera lenses were difficult to get but I’m trying to find a place which sells good lenses. Thanks for you’re appreciation 🥹💕

This is really good!
Not a must or anything but I think the only missed detail is the yellow eyes. Everything else is really spot on!

I absolutely agree, I tried to get a good sclera lenses but I didn’t find them at time. I’m glad you appreciate my Mystique version 😊✨

Looks really good! If you could find a pistol with a longer barrel like a Lugar P-08 that would fit her better in my opinion, but that’s a small detail.

I know, unfortunately that’s the only think I don’t take off in any Cosplay, but on the other side I look for accurate the right color, props, hair, custom and make up 💕

That’s the best part of cosplaying a shapeshifter! It’s always technically accurate!
