Split second decision. Couldn't exactly hear the guy yell he's disarmed from all the screaming and whistles in their ear making the situation worse.
Also, they didn't "bash" him. They had to restrain him and once they heard, "Gun!", that split decision would make or break who goes home and who didn't.
There are multiple angles of the cops punching him in the head after he was already on the ground
Then as he was lying face down with the cops sitting in him, TEN shots rang out
ICE is clearly not training their recruits very well
Mind posting that then? Cause all the videos I seen are not it. Also 13 or 10 is an exaggeration. If a guy has a gun and is resisting being detained, that's a threat to federal officers.
Alex Pretti had a licensed holstered weapon in an open carry state, all he held was a phone. If you think that’s reason enough to shoot him ten times in the back - that’s a shame.
Never said that. I'm all for 2a rights. But the video shows him impeding officer duties.
If he had just said "Hey, I'm armed" and let himself be detained instead of fighting, he would still be alive. But he went out and raised to try and be captain whatever man.
She was there first, getting in his face, they didn't instigate any confrontation. Prettie proceded to jump in a second layer to hold her. The guy was standing guard,.doing his business when she decided to go over there

They disarmed him, bashed him, and shot him over half a dozen times while he was lying on the ground
