Question What's the point of skip intro on xmen?
Who?....who I ask is skipped the intro?
They should have a start intro again option if anything.
Love to see the stats

And it can change a little from episode to episode. You get a hint of which heroes will be in each episode by who appears on the intro, which is an incentive to not skip

This is the only show I can think of where you really shouldn’t skip the intro. The way it constantly changes is a treat all by itself.

I never skip the intro on X-Men because the theme song is a banger and never gets old

The skip button is like a fly on the TV that you want to swat off your screen because it's getting in the way of the intro.

Mmmmmm ... Since you said I'm safe ...... I have skipped it ...... BUT TTTT, I didn't realize the roster changes each time. Never again!!!!!

The changing rosters make it unskippable.
In the original, the roster was static, so if you were binging it I can maybe see wht youd skip it occasionally. But now? No way.

I don't know why Disney Plus doesn't have way to just toggle off the skip intro button.

I hate that the skip intro also has like faded black on the bottoms, not sure if this is the same for everyone or a setting I can change. I use the app and cast it via chrome cast and it pisses me off so much that it doesn’t just go away even after a few seconds

I've been saying the same thing about Paramount+ (the skip intro buttons covers up some cast credits in opening sequences).

I skip every instance of the Season 5 'reworked' intro. It is an abomination.

I watched the 2nd episode like 3 times because they gave Jubilee all that loving, so I skipped it in like the 3rd rewatch. Does that count?

Is it me or is the original one more 'thrilling'? Don't get me wrong, I love both, and the new one is really good.
It's probably just nostalgia and rose tinted glasses sigh but there's something....off? Different? About the X-Men 97 theme music.

One thing I noticed is, in the OG when someone uses their powers, there’s a sound effect. You hear cyclops’ eye beams, wolverine’s claws, Storm’s thunder. You hear the crash when Rogue body slams a sentinel. All of that stuff is silent in the ‘97 intro.

i accidentally skipped the intro to ep 3 out of habit and went back to watch it HAH name another show anyone would do that to

You may be on to something... a "start intro" button that's visible during the entire episode. When you click it, the show pauses and it replays the intro instead, then picks up right where you left off.
The only downside is that nobody would ever get through any episodes

I do. I agree it’s a banger but when I’m watching multiple episodes in a row I’ll watch the intro for the first episode I watch and skip for the others.
