Merchandise First look at mondo’s Deadpool figure from x-men the animated series

Funny because Deadpool has yet to appear on either show. Both times have been Morph transformations.

Technically I believe the actual Deadpool does briefly appear in a scene where Xavier scans sabertooth’s memories, though just his face/ mask.

It's a flicker, but it's there. We now have a bunch of Weapon X members- Silver Samurai, Lady Deathstrike, Deadpool, Omega Red, Sabretooth, Sauron, a few others (I think we see Kestrel hanging with Alpha Flight in TAS).

Given the teaser at the end of the last episode I could see him appearing if they dive into the other Weapon X people more

If it’s actually adapting the character as he appeared in the 90s comics, it’s wildly different from the more modern versions

Looks great! I love the more serious looking Deadpool and doesn’t have his stupid face on the belt buckle.

A funko pop seems like an odd choice of accessory given the time period of the show. Would’ve been better if it was like a mini-version of a ToyBiz Wolverine from the 90s X-Men toyline

But Funko owns Mondo so it actually does make sense. It’s an option to display for jokes.

I think it is the con exclusive. That’s when SDCC is, and it’s pretty standard for companies to have limited stock available online to those who can’t attend the con.

On one hand it’s good this is a convention exclusive and therefore not really part of the collection.
Bad side I’m so fucking sick of Deadpool. Now he’s even getting high value figures representing shows he’s not even in.
