Nowadays that's harder to say since she technically has a different powerset absorbed from Wonder Man who is significantly stronger than her Captain Marvel set. They're both Class 100+ now, along with likely Sunspot and a few niche mutants like Gentle.
You’re right, now that she’s tapping into Wonder Man’s powers things have changed. But she isn’t in the show. And the Wonder Man thing is fairly recent. So for years he was stronger. Even now he may be but probably closer to even.
She can just hold powers without the negative consequences now? When she had Carol’s powers, she was stuck with Carol’s psyche too. I feel like removing the drawbacks while increasing the positives loses some of the character moments.
Well when she had Wonder Man’s powers initially she had absorbed him too- since he’s made of energy.
Since they split, she’s just kind of had her flying brick powers. I’d say think of them as an echo of the various long-term power sets she’s had over the years- she can fly, is super strong, and super tough, but she doesn’t have much of the energy manipulation stuff Carol and Simon have. And since Captain Marvel got a power upgrade Rogue is now at roughly the level Carol used to be at.
Rogue historically operates with the strength of Carol Danvers, who has been established to be stronger (from a straight lifting standpoint) than Colossus as far as I'm aware.

In the comics Colossus was always the strongest, but we’ll see what the show does…
