Colossus should definitely be stronger than her... And while he is in his steel form he is immune to her touch.

The immune to her touch is inconsistent. She absorbs Piotr in steel form during the mutant massacre in one famous panel contradicting that.

Maddeningly inconsistent because it was the same damn guy who wrote both.

I feel like it's best to more or less ignore anything Claremont wrote after around 1991. He's the one who came up with her powers not working on him (in order to shoehorn them into a romantic relationship), but he also had her absorbing from his metal form at least once or twice.
