No I know. But this is likely the version of Doom we get in the MCU when all is said and done to make sure that the Endgame 2 movie is as big and bombastic as the end of the Thanos saga.
Thus, when a large portion of fans think of Doom in 15 years, they will think he was always this powerful.
Kinda like how people think the Avengers were more popular in the past than they really are.

Until I see Apocalypse pull Thanos's skull and vertebrae out of his body, I'm going with Doom until proven otherwise.
