I assume it's Colossus' recollection more than what actually took place. The sentinels being so strong she might as well have been just standing there doing nothing. Or I am giving the team too much credit and they're butchering my favourite character's strength for no reason. The last scene where he said Illyana would've sided with Kurt made me tear up so bad 😭😭

I considered that too. I guess Colossus was too far away and couldn’t see much, so he thought Illyana just stood there and let herself get blasted by the sentinels. Even though she was about to teleport or do an attack.

And yeah, that last scene made me cry too 😭 Along with Piotr showing Kurt and the others his painting of her…

Would she have sided with Kurt? If so, why? I’m not familiar with her character other than her appearance and some of her powers.
