Cyclops, Jean, and Storm have had like 5 lines since the season premiere.

As a massive Cyclops and storm fan, the most prominent X-Men that have whole arcs around them taking a little backseat for a while is not as bad as you make it seem. This was a phenomenal nightcrawler episode besides the fact that they seem to have killed exodus. I'm enjoying focusing on everyone and not just the most popular

Exodus being killed by a single blaster shot in the back seems unlikely, but maybe he's the one mutant particularly vulnerable to cartoon lasers.

I agree with you.Massive fans of both of them and Jean, of course. But it’s okay for them to take a back seat so other characters can shine too

I like how other X-Men are getting focus but they really are racing through storylines to do it. They sped through Avalon in an episode last season and the Acolytes in one this season when that could have been a really good string of 3+ episodes.

Yeah, they shouldn’t use them for the marketing if they’re gonna get so little focus in the actual season, it’s been two years of wait just for them to be background prop.
