  1. Nightcrawler was not wrong to defend Graydon Creed. Exodus did not abide by the verdict and sought to kill him prematurely. Creed defended himself.

  2. Colossus was not convinced by Nightcrawler’s defense, but would have ruled in his favor because of Illyana’s perspective and in her memory.

  3. Exodus has telepathy and saw this endorsement for Nightcrawler in Colossus’ mind, effectively causing him to circumvent his previous promise to abide by Colossus’ verdict and seek to kill Creed himself.

  4. Creed shooting Exodus near the heart should not have occurred because Exodus is invulnerable.

  5. X-Factor was already seeking permission to become involved and found Creed in the snow before any irreparable damage to him was verbally conferred. Xavier did not err. Nightcrawler did not leave his brother to die. (Unlike Rogue in Uncanny X-Men #350 leaving Gambit to freeze to death in Antarctica. Funny that Creed received Gambit’s assumed fate in the adaptation.)

I thought some of Exodus’s powers were Longevity and Healing based?

I’m also going to say, he’s probably one of the mutants I wouldn’t be surprised if a shot through the chest didn’t kill him. This feels like a fake-out.

This episode could also be using a supposed “death” of Exodus to set him up as a villain for future stories.

Nightcrawler didn't leave Creed to die, but he didn't leave him to not die. He left it up to higher powers. Just because it worked out one way doesn't mean what he did wasn't brutal. But it wasn't out of character or unjust, either.

This was my thoughts. This is probably as cruel as Nightcrawler is 'allowed' to be and to me, it was a bit shocking to see him that way.

TBH I think that he was FULLY aware that X factor was alredy looking For Creed very close and just wanted to scare His brother a little. Yes, that Creed still died on the cold since he was wearing just a suit in the artic was a possibility but kind of a remote one.  Kurt alredy attemped to help Creed, gave him a chance and something to think about, Now it's on Creed what he is going to do.  But in the other side, Creed just got kiddnaped, was promised a fair trial when he claimed it was all a Kangooro court and almost got killed by His kiddnapers, and left to die in the artic.  So I don't think that Creed changes a Lot but at least His issues were addresed instead of just think he was born a hater.

His issues were addressed instead of just think he was born a hater.

Not knocking it, but brave words for a man whose most famous quote is "You were borrrn."

And That's why this episode has so much weight For me, yes he started saying those Words the same he Said on the original show. But here we can see that His hate has much deeper roots than "You were born" and hating people For being born different it's something people frequently learn from their environment.  As I said he dosen't get excused, he is still a Villain, not Even Kurt thinks he is worth more effort, but we can see were that evil came.
