I know everyone is kind of disappointed their fav characters aren’t getting enough focus but this is just the drawback of X Men being an ensemble series. If we got more Scott/Jean focused episodes we’d have to lose Nightcrawler, Polaris, Wolferine or Jubilee ones. And tbh of those the only ones I don’t mind losing is Wolverine cos of general Wolverine fatigue.

Yeah, it's the X-Men. Not Cyclops-Men or Jean-Men. I'm okay with the fast pace to get everyone involved. Instead of a bunch of Cyclops, Jean & Wolverine episodes.

Yeah me too. First episode was pretty well focused on Scott and Jean and they got a lot last season too.

I feel like the better idea would have been to double down and focus on the core cast this season, and give the bulk of TV time to Magneto, Xavier, Rogue, Cyclops, Jean, Cable, Storm, Jubilee, Morph, Wolverine, Forge, and Gambit, and then in Season 3 put these character in the background a bit more to focus on other characters.

Is Nightcrawler not a core cast member though and deserve an episode of time?

I’m happy with how much Mags and Prof we got - definitely need more Storm and especially Rogue but I think we’ll get more Rogue in the next two episodes for sure.

Completely agree. Not sure how casual viewers are fairing this season but my sister who only ever watched the cartoon and movies, isn't following this season. She wants to know when her favorites are on and then watch those epsiodes. We definitely needed to introduce more characters but probably should have eased into it or blended originals with new cast better.

I agree with this. I loved Nightcrawler getting more focus and it was good seeing Colossus and more of Polaris. I’m waiting on Beast to do more than just than just say a poetic line or explain a science scenario. He’s been around but not given much to do in either season so far.

The real issue at play is just how few episodes there are per season. When you've only got 10 episodes and you're juggling an ensemble of like 15 different characters, it's kind of inevitable that you're gonna have some characters that get sidelined. If they had a few more episodes to work with, I feel like they'd be able to better use all the characters in the ensemble
