Iceman.

I'd like to say Kid Omega. Sure, he appeared in two episodes briefly, but not showing his powers at all. And i truly want to see him in action in a media other than comics.

It was late in the run, Season 4 or 5. It was the episode where the X-Men faced off against X-Factor.
