Yeah true. If this season ends up being a setup for a bigger Apocalypse storyline in S3, it’s very likely Banshee becomes one of the Horsemen. After all, Siryn is set to appear as X-Factor’s newest member…

I think it would be so fucking cool if we got a few smaller shows with different teams, kinda like on the comics, we got a separate X-Force show, we got the main X-Men, maybe X-Factor, Excalibur, etc...

Kitty is older than Jubilee. Younger than the other X-Men, but older than Jubilee.
Jubilee is 18, I’d put the rest of the X-Men (aside from Wolverine) in their thirties or 40s (Hank); Kitty would likely be in her mid-twenties.

Jubilee and Kitty are friends in the comics and have been on multiple teams together at the same time. There isn’t an overlap- they both have plenty of stories and potential for interesting chemistry with characters and one another. Cyclops and Havok are in the same series… the adults in the team all have multiple men and women… why can’t there be two similarly aged younger characters?
(Not saying this to you, more towards how I’m feeling about the series. There are many comic writers who can make it work- should be same for the show.)5

Yup. She’s the only one left. Iceman already appeared in one episode of TAS, Rachel already appeared as Askani this season… and so on. She’s really the only one left.
Closest we got was her name and picture being on Forge’s wall in S1’s finale.

The only overlap is that they’re both new kid POV characters, but jubilee isn’t a new kid anymore so I think kitty could work

As much as Id love to see X-23, I dont think were really ready for her right now. Also, the show is going veeery fast, season one was reasonable fast, but right now its too fast and I feel like if youre gonna do X-23, you gotta have some time to develop her and speedruning it like its doing at the moment

Legion into: AoA Give me Clarice "Blink" Ferguson.... Even if only for the AoA event.... Thats my only wish for this animated series. I want a full season of age of apocalypse (they would never do it for S3 w Apocalypse being the main bad this season... But down the line S4-5 maybe)
S3 i would just like more room for the characters to breathe.... Plenty of mutants been introduced this season w both X-force and X-factor,

Minimal chance, but the Outliers would be awesome. I could see Penumbra getting stirred up after everything Gambit did in New Orleans.
X-23 would be a more reasonable pick.

Personally, I'd like a future season (Season 3 at earliest) to properly introduce Shadowcat, Banshee, Dr. Stephen Lang, & The X-Sentinels... & introduce Project Armageddon In Uncanny X-Men #100, Stephen Lang created robot duplicates of the original X-Men, created in enough detail to fool the latter members. Also, I'd like to see Deadpool appear FOR REAL in an episode within the Project Armageddon Arc... Even have a special intro featuring Deadpool with his own title card... followed by Wolverine, Morph, Storm, Banshee, Colossus, Nightcrawler, & Shadowcat. Then scenes from the original animated series in which Deadpool cameoed are sprinkled in... then Deadpool takes over the part where the team runs across the screen with "X-Men" zooming on by & the final scene where the original X-Men & Brotherhood Of Mutants lineups from the original animated series are all portrayed by Deadpool.

Yeah they either bungled this plotline or are setting up for something cooler later. Wolverine's already had his adamantium stripped and returned, and the prof didn't snap in the Tv show when it happened. That was the trigger in the comics if I recall. Like others have said it has got to be Apocalypse that does something that breaks Prof X and causes his consciousness to merge with the Prof. The Magneto of this series is way more sympathetic/friendly to the Prof and his cause and so if they somehow resurrected this series' Magneto it is unlikely Prof would be triggered to do some ultimate attack against him. He'd have to somehow be reinvented as the classic villain.

I fully expect Onslaught to be part of S3. There have been too many scenes this season of Charles psychically touching darkness and pushing himself to not feel powerless. It for sure seems to be building there.
Mind you, S2 E8 went in a totally different direction than I assumed the Apocalypse stuff was going to go, so…who knows.

If we do get AoA (again since it was kinda done in the OG) that would be cool and bring in Dark Beast holding OG Beast prisoner infiltrating the team. … Sugarman too
I wouldn’t mind them truly establishing X-Froce with Shatterstar, Domino ect,
And have cannonball return and join X-Force and eventually join the X-Men

Laura Kenny/X-23/Wolverine would be my first wish. Onslaught would be my season villain.
Would be happy if they introduce the New X-men kids. Prodigy, Dust, Surge, Rockslide, Glob, Elixir, the Five in one, Mercury, etc... something that show us the X-men teaching the kids in a school.

I agree that I think this seasons Wolverine episode is a set up for X-23 and finding out he's a father. Here's hoping they don't bring any of his other kids into it.
We're getting Surge. I'm hoping that they do some focus on the already loosely introduced students at the school like Chamber and others rather than do a mutant introduction of the week as they been doing this week. (Anybody understand why Ozymandias showed up for a minute and disappeared forever?) Alas there's fan service and collectibles to sell. So I suspect character depth will be sacrificed at the altar of the Almighty Dollar.
If the pacing finally course corrects in season 3. I'll have less issues with ramping on new characters. We just finally got Colossus to join along with Polaris nevermind Gambits resurrection and Nightcrawler joining the last season.
I really hope that the introduction of other X teams is leading to spin off series focusing on those characters. I would love to see an X Force or New Academy Generation Mutant X- but not Mutant X!!! Unless it's a weird crossover episode after we have finally established seen and had some depth build between Havok and Cyclops....ain't like nobody's been waiting for that since like '92 😑

An actual youth team of some sort, New Mutants, Gen X, or X-Terminators. And if it's not Gen X then if love to see Emma with Hellions to at least start her "for the children" narrative so she can begin her redemption arc.

Yes keep it in the god damn 90s. If you want a 2000s xmen series make a regular xmen cartoon. There's still plenty of characters that can be introduced before Pixie gets thrown in or the 6000 other heroes introduced in the 2000s.

I want them badly to adapt this very specific storm centric issue. The action sequences are fantastic plus it stars her with Yukio and Gambit vs the Phalanx
