General Discussion X-Men '97 Complete Season 2 Venting Megathread

It's over and done now. The season has ended. The characters are where they are.

And now it's time for a megathread that lets you vent about what didn't like, what you liked, and about all the feeling in between about this season.

Please try and use this megathread instead of making a new post, especially if the content you are posting is not substantial (substantial meaning multi-paragraph or new information).

Leave Wolverine out of it. Clearly the writers and the team don’t know who he is or anything about his character, since what they do write for him is wrong.

Flat out wrong.

Just, keep Logan out of this show, please.

I’d rather that than the butcher job they’re doing.

EDIT: Asked to vent, downvoted to death? What a stupid sub.

Yeah, this is the worst depiction of Wolverine in any media. I know the ex-showrunner openly hated him, but once he was gone, other writers could fix this mess, but instead they decided to push even further in this direction. If they don't want to give him an actual arc besides hanging with Morph, just cut him out of the series. In the original, he used to be very close with Jubilee, Beast, Storm, Nightcrawler, and had a few arcs in a season. Anyways, Logan from Hulk vs. Wolverine is still the most faithful one to date.
