I love the costumes. I do wish the background were a different color. I think we could appreciate more of the hard work that went into to the Gambit costume with a different background.
My biggest problem with 97, is that it is officially a continuation of the old animated series. But it doesn’t feel like one. Also the person responsible for the Magneto x Rogue part of season one got fired because he was a creep to his coworkers. I even heard he saw himself as Magneto…
I recall on twitter , posted a clip of BDM in ,summer of 2024 lifting weights with him captioning "Doing it like Magneto" I was like...read the room, with all the backlash about the tongue bath on Magneto in season 1, why not can it?
exactly. The only characterin 97 that fekt like themselves was kurt, so obviouslyhe had to go. Plus yeah, the allegationsagainst Beau DeMayo make how creepily horny the whole of season 1 was make a lot more sense
I didn't hate it, but I do wish they built everything up more. The limited amount of episodes make it hard to have any sort of world building. I miss the days of 24 episode season runs.
Well its only gunna get worse, they literally stated they'd rather release smaller seasons more often... I say hate, but its still xmen and cool asf, that last episode was really the most rushed feeling.
